I'm all for the air fryer and quick things, but sometimes a good meal takes time! Doesn't necessarily mean it will be hard to make. I want to show you how I make the best potatoes in the oven!
I prefer russet potatoes, but you can use any potato you like. All you will need is olive oil, cooking spray, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, parsley, and salt or seasoned salt. Add onion powder if you have it on hand. I'm all out right now. Add Cayenne pepper for some heat and extra flavor.

Cut your desired potato shape. Cubed, diced, fry shape, or wedged shape. Boil your potatoes on the stovetop for 10 to 15 minutes. You want them to hold shape, so don't overcook them. They will finish cooking in the oven.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Once the potatoes are boiled, strain them and then add them to a medium-sized bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil and all of the spices besides the salt. You will salt the potatoes once they're fully cooked. Gently toss the bowl or use a spatula to coat the potatoes.
Add your potatoes to a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. I prefer them to be crispy, so I go for 25 minutes. Once they're done, immediately season them with salt and enjoy.

I used the potatoes and made a potato taco bowl! It was fire—taco-seasoned beef, black beans, queso, sour cream, green onions, tomato, and lettuce. I'm not a huge sour cream person, but sour cream, cheese, potatoes, and green onions pair very well together!
If you are a foodie like me and love potatoes, consider investing in a French fry cutter and mandoline slicer.

Perfect fries every time. When using this, I prefer to use the biggest potatoes I can find. I would buy the potatoes by the pound at the grocery store. You can air fry, bake, or fry your fries!

Please use the safety guard that comes with the device. I have cut myself twice on the blade. It's sharp LOL/ for sure won't be a third time! This one is 24-1, so it's very versatile. Potatoes are incredibly affordable, cheap, and satisfying. Get creative with them!
