Thin Steak Meal Prep

Rice and broccoli pair well with every protein! Also, add bell pepper and onion for more flavor.


I use this cut for tacos, but it's always cool to switch things up. It's not ideal for a weekly prep because it's too expensive in my opinion. I'm going to save up and start getting my steak from Costco.

Chicken Fajita Bowl Meal Prep

Breakfast Burritos!

I keep telling y’all to make some form of burritos. Take one to two hours to prep, clean, and just hammer out burritos for the month! It’s worth it.


Breakfast burritos freeze really well. You can reheat in the air fryer, microwave, stovetop, or oven!

You can make any version of a breakfast burrito.


You can use any sausage or meat. You can add spinach, bell peppers, or onions. If you add any cheese, you should get a block and grate it yourself. Taste better, and it’s cheaper! You can use any brand of tortillas. Once you roll your burritos, add them flap side down to a greased parchment paper-lined baking sheet and then spray with avocado or olive oil and air fry or bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees to get crispy. Let them cool off and then transfer them to baggies, or add each burrito to parchment…
