Workout of The Day!
The other day I gave a s/o to Mary for creating her own workout! In June I created a blog post showing everyone how to do so! I will attach it to the bottom of this post. When you guys have to miss a scheduled workout or don't have time to do a full session it's great to build a session based on the muscle groups you want to train.
