Building Workouts. Add-On Programs Update.

Good Evening! I will have add-on programs back up tonight! The main programs will start on July 1st. I'm adding three additional programs. Dumbbell workouts and dumbbell workouts with a flat bench. These workouts can be completed at a gym, hotel gym on vacations, at home, etc. I want to set everyone up for success. Keep weight training and focus on hitting your macros!
I want to show you guys how to create your workouts if you ever want to put in some extra work, learn new movements, or need to swap out a session.
Start by hitting the "+" on the home screen.

Hit the workout icon next.

Hit the "Build WOD" button.

Click the type of workout you want to build; for standard sessions, Hit regular.

Click the "insert exercise" button.

From there, you can use the search bar to look up exercises. You can search by name, equipment, or muscle group.

Once you find the movement you want, click the "+" on the right side to add it.

Once your workout is built, you can adjust the sets, reps, and rest times.

You can adjust by reps or time.


You can also leave notes for me or yourself.

When you're all done, make sure you hit the save button.

You can start the workout then and there or move it to another day by clicking the three dots in the top right corner.

Click the Move to Another Day button.

Select the day on the calendar.
