The other day I gave a s/o to Mary for creating her own workout! In June I created a blog post showing everyone how to do so! I will attach it to the bottom of this post. When you guys have to miss a scheduled workout or don't have time to do a full session it's great to build a session based on the muscle groups you want to train.


If you don't have a set schedule, building your own sessions will let me know that you're active and training hard! Also, your weights and cardio times will be saved!


1st of the month is here! I want everyone to weigh in and update progress photos every 1st of the month. Just once a month! I hope that's not asking for too much.


I know some of you hate emails but the first week of each month I normally send an email/newsletter so be on the lookout for that!
