Smart Meal Planner. Myfitnesspal's Newest Feature. The Future of Meal Plans?

Myfitnesspal launched a new meal planner feature. I'm not trying to brag but I've been offering a smart meal planner for years! It's an add-on subscription for me and I still offer it in all of my coaching plans and programs.
Their pricing point is starting at $24.99 a month or $99 for the whole year. With their free version of the app, you can still track your calories, but you won't be able to see your macros and you won't have access to a barcode scanner or the meal planner. Also, the app will be filled with ads.
With my services, you will have a calorie tracker, custom macros, over 1,500 recipes, a barcode scanner, and the ability to create detailed recipes with directions, ingredients list, dietary tags, and serving sizes! You will also have the ability to add your custom recipes to your smart meal planner.

I will also upload recipes that you guys can follow and try! All recipes can be found under the discover tab in the food library.

You guys can also generate a grocery list here as well.

You can generate a list for yourself or your household.

I used myfitnesspal from 2016-2022 and I learned a lot from using their platform. I used to have my clients connect their myfitness accounts to Trainerize. I still have a ton of recipes/meals saved to myfitnesspal and I like to sign in from time to time to compare features.
If you already have myfitnesspal premium and still want coaching you can still sign up.

I want to encourage you all to use my platform, but using FitBit or myfitnesspal is fine!
That's just for nutrition. I offer workout programs as well. Every rep, set, and all things workout related will be tracked. You will also be able to weigh in, take progress photos, sync smartwatches and more!
I truly believe I offer extremely reasonable rates and can get real results! Check out my plans
