Customizing Meal Plans.

I just noticed a new feature in the fitness app! You can now add your custom recipes to your smart meal planner! Now you can plan your whole week! You can have 3-6 meals to hit your macro goals. By adding your custom recipes to the meal planner, you can also generate a grocery list.

To add your recipes, click the meal plan button.


From there, you can choose which meal you want to replace from the swap button.

Your recipes will appear under the “My Recipes” tab.


Hit the swap button to add to the meal planner!

Use the barcode scanner and search library to track your macros, but if you want to stick to a meal plan add your custom recipes and add meals from the food library!
