Randi has been a hard worker since day one. We projected to hit this milestone by last Summer, but life happens. I'm so glad Randi never gave up on herself or my program! One of the benefits of having an online coach is that you have someone to adjust and adapt with you. You are never alone. I adjusted her schedule from five a week to four and adjusted her daily calorie intake.
