New sales every Sunday!

For my fellow Midwest friends and family, I will be publishing a blog post on what is on sale at Family Fare and Meijer! You don't have to eat fast food every day. Knowing what's on sale and planning ahead of time will help with budgeting and meal planning.
Shopping Tips
Use the produce bags to collect all your fruits, vegetables, and other produce. Use the kiosk stand to print off the label. Be mindful of the per-pound prices. With the label available, it will help with budgeting!
Go to the store early to have the first pick of stocked items and sales. Fill your cart with a lot of meat, produce, and canned goods. Stay away from junk foods.
Future Goal
When I first bought my Food Saver, I wanted to use it for meal prepping and serving plates. I haven't used my foodsaver for grocery shopping in years! I randomly got motivated to buy some sealing bags and get back to staying organized.
Use a Sharpie to date and label your bags. I like using a food scale to weigh out my portions. For example, if I bought a 5-lb pack of chicken breast, I might add 1 lb to each bag or make two 2-lb bags with an additional 1-lb bag.
Vacuum Sealing
You can almost seal anything! I use storage bags, meal prep bags, and containers!
Meal Planning
To expand on my recipes and e-books, I would love exploring options in sending meal kits!

I want to provide the ingriedents and you guys can follow a recipe card!

Come back every week for new meal ideas and grocery list updates.
