I only share progress photos, body statistics, and workout data with your consent. Progress photos and weigh-ins are mandatory. They're not for social media, but some of you have made great progress over the years, so I'm glad that you guys have access to the data to see your starting point and current physique. Take progress photos every 1st of the month and weigh in as much as you desire! Since progress photos are confidential, I started doing "Flex Fridays". A great way for everyone to show up and showcase their gains! I'm adding a Flex Friday page soon!
Randi Radloff
Randi been putting in work since day one! Randi didn't join my program until January 28th, 2023 and she is my all time leader in workouts completed! Randi trains 5 times a week. She didn't start hitting the gym until she was about 40. It's been a pleasure working with her. She is a great client and human being. I'm so proud of her

Mary Masucci
Mary has come a long way! Mary and I spent a few years being workout partners so I always saw her potential and I know she is a hard worker! The transition she made from 2024-2025 was phenomenal. Having structure was key for Mary. Having muscle groups separated and being mindful of macros helped her achieve her body goals! Mary says using excess olive oil is in Sicilian blood! However, switching to a cooking spray helped a ton to stay in a calorie deficit. Mary is still going hard. Right now she is growing a "shelf". Stay tuned for updates on her goals!

Chyna Barber
Chyna puts in work on the smith machine with variations movements that targets glute/hamstring and quad growth! Chyna put on a good 12 pounds to help her reach her weight and strength goals. Chyna rarely eats any red meat. Shrimp, eggs, and protein shakes were easy protein sources for Chyna to help her reach her goals!

Samantha Cabrera
Samantha purchased my yearly (long-term) plan and it payed off! Sam lost 29 lbs in her first year of my program! It's all about diet and nutrition. Sam stays on point with her caloric intake. Staying in a calorie deficit while hitting your fiber and protein goals is key for long term success.
