This recipe was so good! It's not your traditional recipe. I don't use flour. Instead, I freeze the chicken cutlets for 10-15 minutes before cooking. I normally low-fry the chicken in olive oil on the stovetop. For this recipe, I baked them in the oven! Three breasts will serve six people. Let's get into the recipe!
Ingredients:
• 3 Chicken Breasts
• 3 Eggs
• 2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
• 1 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
• Roasted Garlic & Herb Pasta Sauce (Prego)
• Thin Spaghetti Noodles
• Olive Oil Spray (Bertolli)
• Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
• Smoked Provolone Cheese Slices
• Dried Parsley
Directions:
1. Start by butterflying your chicken breast. This technique will make your chicken cook faster and evenly.

2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together your eggs and hot sauce.
3. In a separate medium-sized bowl, add your breadcrumbs. I eyeballed it, so one cup should be enough. Add a pinch of the Italian cheese and mix.
4. Season your chicken to your preference. Add the same seasonings to your breadcrumbs and then mix-- I prefer salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
5. Using your left hand, dip the chicken into the egg mix and shake off the excess egg. Place into the breadcrumbs. Use your right hand to coat both sides of the chicken. Place the chicken on a plate.

6. Repeat step 5 until all of your chicken is fully coated.

7. Place your chicken in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. (You can skip this step.)
8. Start your pasta water.
9. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
10. Grab your largest baking sheet or use two baking dishes to cook the chicken.

11. Spray your baking dish and then add your chicken. Spray your chicken and then add it to the oven.
12. Cook for 22-25 minutes. Flip your chicken halfway and spray again if necessary.
13. Cook your noodles.
14. Once your chicken reaches 165°F internally, set them aside. (Keep the oven on.)
15. Add 75% of your pasta sauce to the baking dish.
16. Add the chicken back in.
17. Add a tablespoon of sauce on top of the chicken, followed by a slice of provolone cheese.
18. Add parsley on top to be boujee and for the gram lol
19. Bake for 5 minutes.
20. Turn on the high broil. WATCH VERY CLOSELY. Every oven is different. You don't want to burn the cheese, so watch closely!

21. Take a little of the sauce from the baking dish and lightly coat the noodles. Don't use all the sauce. You will add more sauce to the plated noodles!
22. Plate 🍽️ Add your chicken on one side of the plate. Add the noodles next to the chicken. Add sauce to the noodles, followed by the shredded parmesan and parsley!
I hope you guys enjoy this one! This meal was delicious. Tag me in a story or post if you make it!
