Rice Bowls and Prep.

There's no need to hit Taco Bell for a power bowl for lunch. Meal prep your rice bowls. This meal prep will run you about $20-25, depending on the meat and products that you have on hand.
Taco Seasoned Beef:
80% beef is more budget-friendly, and 92% is more macro-friendly! Sometimes we eat for gains, and other times it's for the budget.

Pico:

I don't have a recipe card for my rice, but you can combine white rice, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Alternatively, you can buy pre-made cilantro-lime rice.
Heat your choice of beans in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Sauce:

This is the sauce I used. One thing about meal prepping is that you can change your sauce each day! Sometimes, I use Tostitos Queso, sour cream, salsa, or Chipotle Sauce.

I like to grill my tortillas on my George Foreman grill. I rotate between Mission and Carb Smart tortillas.
Place all of your toppings into mini containers. You can also swap out your tortillas for a serving of tortilla chips. This meal makes a good three-day prep. Swap sauces, and you won't get sick of eating the same meal for lunch or dinner. You can also freeze your meal prep!
You can also use the Taco Seasoned Beef to make Tacos, Walking Tacos, Burritos, Tostadas, and more!

I will be adding more recipes and e-books to my shop!
Have a great week, everyone!
