I stumbled into GNC for the first time in years last week. I currently have a discount code with Ryse, but I love browsing and reviewing all supplements. Pre-workout is one of the most popular supplements.

I came across perhaps the best Pre-workout container I've ever seen!

8 grams of beta-alanine is nuts. I wish there were a sample pack. I wonder if this flavor is like a Sprite. This pre-workout is $54.99.

I want to start sharing my opinions on formulas and to educate you all on dosages and formulas. Once you start to understand labels, you will know what is worth buying.

I feel like Cellucor/C4 is a great beginner's pre-workout. I used to take it back in 2016-2020. C4 was a great beginner choice because it was affordable and widely available. The only downside, in my opinion, is that their products were underdosed a decade ago.
