I recently made changes to all routines! Fitness centers, gyms, and home routines will be under the PPL format! PPL stands for Push-Pull-Legs! I'm able to break this split into 3, 4, and 5 days. The other two days can be split into cardio and core training or additional upper and lower body training sessions.

Also, for the name of the new workouts they will vary. When I'm creating workouts I can't repeat the same title. For example, if I name a workout "Push Day" and it's made for home training then I can't name a gym workout Push Day. Therefore I'm going to use words like workout, training, or fitness at the end of workout titles. Check the kettlebell button and your calendar. Everything will be labeled so there shouldn't be any confusion.

Two changes that I made to workouts are adding reverse flies and lateral raises to pull days instead of push days. Another change is I added a Men's and Women's Leg Day. When it comes to fitness and nutrition men and women can eat the same meals and perform the same workouts. The only difference can be portion sizes/macro count and weight/rep adjustments. The only reason I named it Women's Leg Day is because I'm emphasizing glute training. This is temporary until I finish the program.

Lastly, think of PPL as a standard routine. Instead of having a back and biceps training day, It's a pull day! Push days normally target your chest, shoulders, and triceps. Pull days focus on the back, biceps, and forearms. Legs are lower body training. So please don't freak out by the name change, you guys will still be training full body.

Sorry, I haven't responded to comments this week! Just know I've seen every workout, meal, progress photo, habit completed, and body stat added!
