Do I expect you guys to cook every single meal of the day every day? No way! You guys have your macro goals on the home dashboard. You guys can follow your meal plan or track your calories. I want to remind you guys how to track fast food!
Start by hitting the "+" button.

Followed by the "meal" button.
Take a photo

You can use the built-in camera in the app or take a picture from your camera roll.
Use the search bar

Hit the "+" button to the right to add food.
Add the item as a favorite. (if it's a go-to item)

Once again, if you are having the same meals and snacks often you should have them saved as favorites. That way it will only take you 10 seconds to log it. You wouldn't have to go searching for items or snapping photos.
Add photo + quick description.

After weeks of consistent meal tracking, I am fine with just a meal photo & description. The end goal is to go into intuitive eating. This means you won't need a food scale or calorie counter to track every meal. After spending time with a food scale and reading labels you should have a good understanding of what works for you.
Adding using the custom button.

Now I searched for the chicken sandwich that I had and actually couldn't find the exact match. The calories were the same but the cheese was different.
Look up the macros or read the label.

I went to the Chick-fil-A website to find the full nutrition breakdown. You can look up all fast food nutrition labels online.
Add the macros and name the meal.

You can also add everything at once and save it as a meal instead of adding each item individually. I recommend doing both! Some days you might have a full meal and others you might just have an entree without the side and drink.

By tracking your calories you will see that you can squeeze in fast food and still lose weight and gain muscle!
If you can afford to eat fast food every day all day then more power to you! However, there is nothing wrong with grabbing a quick meal here and there. My next blog will be grocery/meal suggestions! I hope this helps!
