NEW Add-On Program. Monday Motivation.

Happy Monday! This will be short and sweet. For training programs, I added a new dumbbell + kettlebell add-on program! You won't need a bench to complete these sessions. You can complete from home or at the gym. Gyms are starting to get busier so if the machines are taken you can always have a back up session. If you have an assigned workout on the calendar but you can't complete you can delete it and choose a workout from the kettlebell button.


I'm also adjusting some push-pull workout sessions! I want to add front and lateral raises to pull days and seated and standing back flys to push days. I will update sessions this week.


Lastly, get your extra cardio and core in every week! Stay motivated. Get active, log meals, updates progress photos and weigh in! Give effort. Don't give up! If you are busy or going through something feel free to freestyle. Utilize all the tools that you have access to. Have a great week!
