I saw this photo of personal training the other day, and I wanted to briefly discuss in-person training and how it's changed over the years!

Years ago, if you were discreet about it, you could train a few clients occasionally. That will not fly in 2024.

It's illegal for many reasons but is mainly a safety hazard. Also, every gym has its own staff of personal trainers.

I've spent years building a fitness community. I can't just decide to start one-on-one training at Planet Fitness, The YMCA, or any local gym.

When you Google in-person training, prices range from $25 to $125 per session. Meal plans also range from $30 to $150! I believe my prices for online coaching are very affordable!

Before COVID happened, I always wanted to bring online coaching to everyone! It would save a lot of money, and I could impact people worldwide. I've been doing this for years now! It's allowed me to gain over 100 clients.

Another reason I created my workout programs for clients is that I could not schedule everyone for a one-on-one training session.

I want to organize a sporting event or CrossFit-style competition with everyone in West Michigan. It would be a great way to provide an in-person gathering.

Send me ideas for Summer training. We can visit local parks or beaches, but all training will be online now.

For now, utilize your meal tracker and barcode scanner, follow workout programs, document your weight and body stats, upload progress photos, discover new recipes, and stay consistent. You will get the results you're looking for! Stay hungry and motivated.
