I hope you guys had a fantastic weekend! Great weekend of college hoops for my fellow Michiganders! Imagine a Michigan vs Michigan State Elite 8 game! That would be so hype.
Anyways, I created a new 3-day gym split. It's under the kettlebell button as "3-Day Split (PPL)". This program is perfect for beginners or those who need to reduce their training to three days a week. This program is straightforward. Dumbbells, kettlebells, and machines only!
Lastly, I wanted to discuss a new app/trend on TikTok. There's a magical app that allows you to take a picture of your food, and it magically tells you the calories in your food. Please don't fall for that BS!
Stick to using a food scale and the barcode scanner/food library.

I will be adding new custom programs soon! I've been creating numerous new plans based on goals, schedules, and gyms. This will be the last week going day by day! I will have weeks dropped this Sunday!
You guys can always grab sessions from the kettlebell and adjust to your schedule. Additionally, you can build your workouts! Just stay active and target the whole body!
