Quick S/o to Destiny! I'm always praising her because I love her work ethic and balance. With our time together, Destiny has gone through a bulking and cutting phase. She has slayed them both!

I am a firm believer that temporary meal tracking leads to long-term success.


Track your macros as long as you need to! You must have a food scale! If you are on the fitness app. I will provide the calorie tracker + barcode scanner. Once you feel like you have a good understanding, you can upload a meal photo! You can save all of your go-to meals to your profile. That will save a lot of time.
